Privacy Policy
Last updated June 20, 2026.
Kinco Strategies LLC ("Kinco," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit kincostrategies.com or reach out to us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Protecting information is at the heart of what we do, and that starts with how we handle your own.
Information We Collect
We only collect what you choose to share with us, along with basic technical information that helps the site run.
- Information you give us. When you contact us, request an assessment, or schedule a meeting, you may provide your name, email address, business name, and any details you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may receive standard log data such as your browser type, device, and general location, along with basic usage analytics that help us understand how the site is used.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to make the site work, remember your preferences, and keep forms functioning, along with privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, provide the services you ask about, and improve our website. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We may share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you (for example, email, scheduling, hosting, and AI assistant tools), and with our technology partner Timatsu, which builds and maintains our site and assistant, and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Our Website Assistant and AI
Parts of our site may offer an assistant and contact tools to help you reach the right person. When you use them, the messages and details you provide are used to understand and respond to your request. To power the assistant and to summarize your inquiry for our team, your messages are processed by a third-party artificial intelligence provider on our behalf, only to operate the assistant. They are not used to advertise to you.
Kinco's website and assistant are built and maintained by our technology partner, Timatsu. To run, support, secure, and improve these tools, a copy of an inquiry you send through the assistant (your message, a short summary, and your contact details) may be securely stored and reviewed by Timatsu under confidentiality, acting as our service provider. The assistant is for general help, not sensitive information. Please do not enter account numbers, government identifiers, or passwords, and contact us directly for anything sensitive.
How We Protect Information
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we treat your information with the same care we bring to our clients' businesses.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, and we will honor them. To make a request, just email us using the address below.
Data Retention
We keep the information you share for as long as we need it to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and for any period the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Children's Privacy
Our site is intended for business owners and other adults, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to other websites and tools we do not control. This policy applies only to Kinco Strategies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any site you visit through a link from ours.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
