Privacy Policy

Kinco Strategies LLC ("Kinco," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in North Carolina, owns kincostrategies.com (the "Site") and is responsible for it. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used and protected, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors located in the United States.

Information We Collect

• The contact form. The form collects your name, your email address, and the message you write. If you add a follow-up note after sending, we receive that too.
• The Taurus assistant. Before you chat, Taurus asks for your name and email address, and we receive the messages you send.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider receives standard technical information your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, referring pages, and timestamps, along with error logs. We use it to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. The Site does not use analytics.
• Abuse prevention. To prevent abuse, the Site counts requests in Timatsu LLC's central database: per IP address for the assistant, the contact form, sign-in, and password resets, and per email address for password resets. Those counters are deleted within two days.

The Risk MRI

The Risk MRI runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your score are not sent to us or stored by us. If you want to discuss your results, you choose what to tell us through the contact form or the assistant.

The Taurus Assistant

Taurus is an AI chat assistant. The messages you send are processed by third-party AI model providers, reached through a model router (OpenRouter), solely to generate replies and a short internal summary of your inquiry for our team.

Once you have sent at least one message, the conversation is sent to us automatically when you leave or switch away from the page, so your inquiry is not lost. When a conversation or contact form arrives, our team receives an email with your details and what you wrote. If you chose to send a chat to the team, it also includes a short AI-written summary. You receive a confirmation email with a copy of the conversation (not the summary).

Taurus is not a secure channel. Please do not enter passwords, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or health details. Your conversations are not used to advertise to you.

Who Receives Your Inquiry

Contact form submissions and Taurus conversations are emailed to our inbox at kincostrategies@gmail.com, which is hosted by Google, so Google processes those emails as our email provider. Timatsu LLC, an affiliate, builds and hosts the Site, and a copy of each inquiry is stored in Timatsu LLC's central database so it is not lost if an email fails.

Sign-In Area

A private area at /dashboard is limited to accounts that we create; there is no public sign-up. Signing in verifies an email address and password through Timatsu LLC's authentication service and, if successful, sets a signed, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in. If you do not have an account, this does not apply to you.

Cookies and Local Storage

The Site uses only functional cookies and browser storage: the session cookie described in Sign-In Area (kinco_session, which lasts 7 days), a local flag that remembers you have seen the cookie notice, and, for signed-in accounts, a local note that you are signed in and, if you have a profile photo, its web address, so the header can show your photo at once. The cookie notice is informational; the Site sets no optional cookies for you to accept or decline. The Site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies and storage through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare for conversations, provide the services you ask about, review and improve the Taurus assistant, and operate and secure the Site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with Timatsu LLC, an affiliate that builds and hosts the Site; with service providers that process it on our behalf, including our hosting provider, our database provider, our email delivery provider, Google as our inbox provider, and the AI model router and model providers that power Taurus; and where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients, the public, and Kinco.

How We Protect Information

Information you send through the Site travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is stored in managed systems with access controls. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Inquiries and conversations are not deleted automatically. We keep them as long as we need them to respond, serve you, and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and we delete them when you ask, unless we must keep them for a legal reason. Abuse counters, kept per IP address and, for password resets, per email address, are deleted within two days.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of for those activities. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To exercise a right, email us using the address in Contact Us. We will verify your request and respond as applicable law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and other adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to websites we do not control, including LegalShield's enrollment site and our meeting link on Zoom (the Join via Zoom button on the Contact page). This policy applies only to Kinco Strategies LLC. Information you give LegalShield or another third party is governed by its own privacy policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
